The Controller operates the website www.camperclub.cz, which provides services within a member community (paid and free memberships, access to content, interactive map, marketplace, etc.).

concluding and fulfilling a contract (e.g., membership access),

fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, tax records),
sending informational and community emails (newsletter),
protecting the Controller’s rights.

Data is stored for the duration of membership and for 5 years after its termination (in accordance with tax and accounting regulations).
Newsletter data – until consent is withdrawn.
Contact form data – max. 1 year or until the request is resolved.
