The Controller operates the website www.camperclub.cz<\/a>, which provides services within a member community (paid and free memberships, access to content, interactive map, marketplace, etc.).

2. <\/span>What Data Do We Process?<\/span>\n
<\/span>We process only the data necessary for:
<\/span>   concluding and fulfilling a contract (e.g., membership access),
   managing user accounts,
   communication with customers,
   fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, tax records),
   sending informational and community emails (newsletter),
   protecting the Controller\u2019s rights.
Specifically, we may process the following data:\nFirst and last name

   Billing address
   Phone number (optional)
   IP address and website activity data (including cookies)

3. <\/span>Legal Basis for Processing<\/span>\n
Personal data processing is based on:
    \u200bContract performance under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 when you purchase a membership or register.
    Legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR \u2013 especially in accounting and tax matters.
    Legitimate interest of the Controller under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 e.g., website security and fraud prevention.
    Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR \u2013 for sending newsletters or for non-members.

    Data is stored for the duration of membership and for 5 years after its termination (in accordance with tax and accounting regulations).
    Newsletter data \u2013 until consent is withdrawn.
    Contact form data \u2013 max. 1 year or until the request is resolved.
