Terms and Conditions CamperClub.cz
for the provision of online services and membership<\/span>\n <\/h3>\n

1. \u200bIntroductory Provisions<\/span>\n

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between:

(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProvider\u201d)

<\/span>The User<\/span>, who purchases a membership, registers an account, or otherwise uses the services provided by the Provider on the website www.camperclub.cz<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser\u201d).

2. <\/span>Subject of the Contractual Relationship<\/span>\n
Through the website www.camperclub.cz<\/a>, the Provider enables users to:
purchase access to paid memberships (\u201cThe Camper\u201d, \u201cBazarista\u201d, etc.),
access community sections (interactive map, marketplace, articles, etc.),
participate in Facebook groups, forums, and events intended for members.
Membership is offered in various forms \u2013 trial, monthly, and annual \u2013 with clearly defined benefits according to the current offer on the website.

3. <\/span>Registration and Account Creation<\/span>\n
Access to the services requires registration and the creation of a personal user account. The User is obliged to provide accurate information. The Provider reserves the right to block an account in case of violation of the terms or unethical behavior.

4. <\/span>Prices and Payment Terms<\/span>\n
\n
4.1.<\/span> All prices listed on the website www.camperclub.cz<\/a> are final, i.e. inclusive of all statutory fees. The Operator is not a VAT payer. 
\n
4.2.<\/span> The price of each type of membership is always listed on the website. Currently, the following membership options are available:
The Camper \u2013 trial membership (14 days): 250 CZK
The Camper \u2013 monthly membership: 250 CZK \/ month
The Camper \u2013 annual membership: 1,990 CZK \/ year
Bazarista \u2013 trial membership (14 days): 150 CZK
Bazarista \u2013 monthly membership: 150 CZK \/ month
Bazarista \u2013 annual membership: 1,500 CZK \/ year
4.3.<\/span> All payments are processed via a secure payment gateway or by bank transfer. Access to membership is activated after the payment is credited to the Provider\u2019s account. 
4.4<\/span>. The Provider reserves the right to change prices depending on project development, costs, and demand. Price changes do not affect memberships that have already been paid for during their validity period.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

<\/span>5. <\/span>Service Delivery<\/span>\n
After payment of the membership, access to digital services is granted immediately \u2013 no later than within 24 hours. The User will receive a confirmation email along with access details. 
6. <\/span>User Rights and Obligations<\/span>\n
<\/span>    \u200bThe User agrees to follow community rules, the code of conduct, and instructions from administrators.
    The User must not share access credentials with third parties.
    In case of inappropriate behavior, the account may be blocked without compensation.
\n
7. <\/span>Complaints and Withdrawal from the Contract<\/span>\n
    \u200bThe services are considered digital content, and therefore, according to Section 1837 (l) of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract after they have been made accessible.
    Any technical issues can be reported via email at info@camperclub.cz<\/a>.
    The Provider undertakes to resolve complaints within 14 days.
8<\/span>. <\/span>Personal Data Protection
The User acknowledges that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy under GDPR. The Provider undertakes to protect the data against misuse.

9. <\/span>Final Provisions<\/span>\n
These terms are valid and effective as of July 31, 2025.
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms. Users will be informed of any changes via email or on the website.
The User is bound by the version of the terms valid at the time the contract is concluded.
